Restaurant Idea - Sweets

The theme of my restaurant is a popular Japanese synchronized group dance called, "Para Para". It is similar to line dancing, when there are specific, preset movements, and each dancer perform the same moves at once. Para Para involves mostly arm movements and very little lower body movement is used; instead the dancers move their hips or step in place, although some routines use more detailed leg movements.

The waiters/waitresses will perform these dancers before/during/after patrons are being served. The food being served at the restaurant are mostly sweets, along with coffees, lattes, etc, including Japanese cuisines.
An example of a selection would be, " Mochi", which is a Japanese rice cake made of glutinous rice, or " Monday Mochi ", on the menu. Another item on the menu would be "Sakura Saku Strawberry Sorbet". Overall, the patrons are served various confectioneries and other cuisines.

The restaurant is aimed at those who enjoy the Japanese culture and/or those who simply enjoy food such as cake, ice cream, coffee, and Japanese cuisines. I feel that my restaurant will be a hit because that even though not everyone may be a fan of sweets, sweets are known to be very enjoyable. Some facts on why that I chose this idea is because a very common delicacy known from Japan is sushi, and sweets from Japan are very obscure in the United States. Also, I feel that the style of Para Para will complement the food being served at my restaurant.
